My computer stinks!

So my camera broke, my computer is slower than cold tar and we don't have consistant internet. Moral of the story, I CAN'T BLOG!!!!! I am getting really annoyed. So until all three things coincide, I will be very behind. So this is all that I could get to work for me are a few glimpses of the beginning of our summer. So enjoy and no promises when I will get to update again. This is Emma and I on the 4th of July. Emma loved the fireworks and still asks for them. She has no fear.

This is our infamous hike to the Y. Kevin and I took our girls to the top of the Y. I carried Camilla the whole way to the top. I felt pretty cool! Kevin wanted to run up to the very top of the Y. This is him! Go superman!

Kevin helped to carry Camilla down because my knees were shaking from going downhill. Does anyone else do that? I couldn't resist this cute little face.The best part of hiking the Y is the georgous sunset! We loved it!This is us on Memorial Day. We went to visit family. This is my Grandpa's headstone. This was the first Memorial Day that he has been gone. It was difficult, but we were glad that we could be together. This is my parents and siblings and my kids. (Kevin was too good to be in the pic).

Happy Birthday to my Honers!

Happy Birthday babe! I just wanted to dedicate this post to you on your special day. Now it is my chance to brag about the greatest husband ever. Don't be jealous ladies, but I have always said that everyone needs a Kevin. As cliche as it sounds, I am glad that I married my best friend. When we were getting married, we were talking about a bridal shower and who would throw it. Most times it is a friend that you have had forever, that knows everything about you, etc. The person that best fit that discription is YOU! So I married you instead of letting you throw me a bridal shower. You are also a great dad. Our girls love you tons. Thanks for all your help with the kids. I appreciate all the long hours you put in for our family. I can't imagine the stress that you feel with school, work, family,etc. But you handle it well and are still excited to come home to us at night. I love your sense of humor. You always make me laugh (see pic above). We love ya babe! And we hope you have a terrific day.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Happy Birthday Mom! You are the best! This is one of my favorite pics. My mom is a hottie! And you are one of my best friends. Not having an older sister, I always felt that I shared a bit of that with you. And I just wanted to compose a post to tell you some of the things that we love about Jello! First of all, you are the world's greatest mom EVER!!!! Thank you for sacrificing so much for us kids. As I have my own children, I am realizing more and more how much you really sacrificed. You would wear worn out shoes so we could have new shoes for school. You didn't pursue a career so that you could stay home with us. You worked in a terrible sewing factory 9 months pregnant with me. You made us a hot breakfast every morning before school, packed our lunches and made dinner that night. You are always there to pick up the pieces when I fall apart. You came and spent a week with me while Kevin was gone (and did all my dishes- the ones I hadn't done and what we used all week.) You drove all night to be with me in the hospital with Camilla. You watched Emma for us. Let's just say that you are SUPER-WOMAN!!! If I can be half the mom that you are, I might just make it. You deserve a great day! Have a wonderful day! Know that we love you! No pics...no fun

So I have been trying to post pics for about two weeks. And for some reason my digital camera doesn't want to load the pics onto my computer. It is probably my computers fault. Or maybe the user???? And on Father's Day only a few pics loaded, so I have a lot of fun stuff that I haven't been able to share yet.
So I will write a few things that I haven't been able to share pics on.We went to Idaho when Camilla was 6 weeks old. We wanted to go because my brother and Kevin's brother were in a play at the high school. My dad directed it. And this was his last show. He decided that he will no longer be the drama teacher. We wanted to go and celebrate 21 years of working really hard...way to go dad! And this was the play that Kevin and I played across from each other in high school. Awwww.
We went to Idaho a few weeks later for Memorial Day weekend. We hung out with fam and had a lot of fun. We also blessed Camilla that weekend. Three of the Belnap grandchildren were blessed that same weekend. It was a neat experience. I feel very grateful for a husband who can bless our children. So we have really cute blessing pics, but you will just have to imagine them for now. Grrr.
Our latest adventure is we hiked to the Y...with our kids. Neither of us have done this before so on a Thursday afternoon, we decided to try it. And my moment of triumph...I carried Camilla to the top! I felt quite proud, considering the fact that Kevin didn't think I could make it. We then had a picnic on the top and watched a very pretty sunset. We were very sore the next day.
And last of all, we just have a lot of cute pics of our girls. Emma is being very "2" lately. The other day she punched Kevin in the face and said "Knuks daddy." She was apparently giving his face 'knuckles.' Nice one. And Camilla turns 3 months tomorrow. She has found her smile and is cute as ever.
So that is what we are up to lately. Stay tuned because whenever I get these pics, we will be overloaded.

Happy Father's Day!

I just wanted to say thanks to all the dads out there. What a special day. I wanted to say thanks to the dads in my life.
First off, to my wonderful grandpa. This is the first Father's Day without him. He was an amazing person. Some of my favorite memories with him are dancing on his feet and having a 'green thing' every morning. One of my favorite days on my mission was the day that he came to visit me at the Liberty Jail.
The next dad that gets a tribute is my own awesome dad! He is the greatest. My dad is so much fun. In high school (he was our teacher) my friends would ask if my dad could come and hang out too (mainly for ghost tag or 007). Not many dads are as cool! I also really loved the time that we spent together in Europe. And I love the grandpa that he is to my kids. We can't thank you enough for buying the football tickets so we could spend more time with you. What can I say...you're the best daddy-o!
My father-in-law is also really great. He never meddles or gives unwanted advice. He is full of wisdom and will give great advice...but only when asked. You can't argue that quality. He is very calm and has passed his calm parenting onto my husband.
Last of all is my best friend and the father of my children. I love ya babe! He is such a big help. I really noticed it when he was gone on his internship to CA. He helps out so much. Our girls are lucky to have a dad like him.
So in honor of all the daddys out there, I attached a video of Emma singing what she calls "The Daddy Song." It is mostly me singing and her doing the cute actions. My mom taught her this when she stayed with us after Camilla was born. We were awaiting daddy's return from CA.
