We actually do stuff!

So I am always bugging Kevin and telling him that we never do anything fun. (Except go to Idaho, which sometimes could be argued as a fun trip :)
I thought I would post this to our blog to remind me that we did do something on the weekend. Here is proof that we are actually doing something fun. And even better, we are hanging out with friends (another rare thing when you have two kids). Thanks Wilkins for hanging out with us. We had a blast. We went up Provo Canyon and had a barbecue. It was really fun! The weather was beautiful. One of my favorite things about Provo is that you can drive 10 minutes and be somewhere beautiful and away from the city. It is great.
I did learn a lesson. Don't EVER forget the leash! Emma is a pill. She just wandered off by herself numerous times. She even went across the bridge all by herself. We were constantly chasing after her. She will take off and not even think about looking back to see if mom and dad are there. She gets that from her dad, I've been told. Kevin growing up had ants in his pants, he couldn't hold still (has he grown out of that?).
Well I hope to have more summer adventures to add to the first one of the summer!
